I should have bought this disc 40 years ago. This album is a trip along the time. This singer has a deep and beautiful voice, with poetic lyrics and melodies. The musicians are completely crazy, using their instruments in a bizarre way... lol. So, in the song called "You're Out of Luck", you can unederstand the madness of these men!!! But it's a creative and marvellous madness, so we can't blame them. The songs I prefer are: "Out of Luck", because we feel this old vibe, near the old blues and the soul music. "St Michael VS the devil": I bought the CD "because" of this track. The Rythm & Blues as we like it. "You better start Prayin'", because Davina's voice takes all its importance in this song. And "Shipwrecked", thanks to its strange texts ("my castle under the sea.."), and strange atmosfear. Well, it's a great album, and you should take some time to know it better...
